Thrive is a nonprofit Christian organization located in Lakewood, Colorado. Our mission is to journey with women ministering overseas by providing spiritual resources, transformative experiences, and authentic one-on-one relationships to replenish them as they invest in Kingdom work. We offer numerous resources including an in-person retreat ministry, web‑based live virtual events, an online community hosting a variety of publications designed to meet the specific needs of women ministering overseas; a one-on-one mentoring program; and an advocacy focus that engages and educates individuals, churches, and agencies to be equipped and empowered to proactively meet the needs of women on the field.

Our close-knit team works both remotely and in our Lakewood, Colorado-based office. Strong collaboration and enthusiasm for the mission course through the staff as we work to care for women serving across the globe.
